So sapa2 like p clubbing or dance can do this exercise near the house. No need to go to fitness .. how often there are many ways to lose weight want to include aerobics, cargo, quart, biking or running. But for me senaman2 existing yg ni xminat so boring and even meme.

Me like it more fun, creative and action terlebey sudah..semua gara2 weight 67kgs reached me !! Wow !!!!! Mkin new tastes even peaked 28tahun.erm ... xleh so ni.

The first steps will be overweight when dh woke me, especially me here cri sifu a la bab2 ni.Sapa control diet again, right ????
